How does the customer portal benefit me?
The customer portal provides you with more streamlined services such as:
- Easier access and e-delivery of your loan documents
- Online payment setup, including automatic payment enrollment
- Online payments
- Real-time loan balances, interest and principal paid, and loan maturity date
- Escrow balances, and scheduled disbursement dates
- Downloadable payment history
- Reinstatement and payoff requests
- Information about payments by mail
- Information about bank-to-bank wires
- Solutions for customers experiencing financial difficulties
You may also be able to enroll in paperless billing statements to save paper and time. Once enrolled, an email notification will be sent when your statement is ready and available in the Customer Portal.
Portal assistance is available through the FAQs section of the education center found in the customer portal.
How do I access the website for my loan and how do I register?
Input https://www.selenefinance.com into your search engine.
Click “Sign In”.
Select Register Your Account.
Enter SSN, Property Zip Code and DOB. For BPL/Commercial accounts enter TIN and Loan #.
Prompted to verify account, enter phone # and email address.
Select method of verification (Text, Voice or Email). If text or email, the Customer Portal will send 6-digit verification code.
Enter in verification code; and select “NEXT”.
Create a profile with username and password.
What if I need help with my registration or password?
Username/password registration and resets will be available through the portal. Live agents will be available at (877) 735-3637 if further assistance is needed.
Do I have to set up my bank information?
Yes, to make one-time payments through the portal, you will need to register your bank account.
